Personal and Companion Caregivers

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being to the supervisor.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, or errands.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to clients.
- Foster a positive and comfortable environment for clients, promoting their dignity and respect.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.

- Valid driver's license and active car insurance must always remain active and on file.
- Must provide medical clearance, a TB test and must submit fingerprints to the IDPH Home Care Registry.
Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our management team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Greet visitors and assist them with their inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and organizing documents.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential materials.
